Charles Enterprise Group is a privately held third generation Real Estate investment group with a focus on classic San Francisco multi-family properties.  Many of our residential multi-family properties date from the 1920's and are prime examples of architecture unique to San Francisco and not found anywhere else.  Our residential tenants enjoy apartments that echo the historic elegance of almost a century ago.  Our commercial properties are located in high-foot traffic areas that are key destinations for shopping, nightlife, people watching, and enjoyment of the city.  Our strategy and methodology comes from stakeholders with 50 years of experience  in the San Francisco area.
