VINTAGE 1930's APARTMENT 


This is an example of a 1930's apartment where most of the original and stylistic elements have been preserved.  The refinished floors are over 80 years old and are made from wood of a quality that is seldom seen today.  There are coved ceilings and picture frame trim.  The remodeled kitchen, which features granite counter tops and maple cabinets, blends well with the historical features of the apartment.  The remodel was completed in 2012. 

CONCRETE REPAIR AND PAINTING PROJECT


The pictures to the left show improvements made to a building over several months.  In addition to concrete repair, painting, and window replacement, the original medallions were repaired to restore the building facade to its former glory.  

EARTHQUAKE RETROFIT


Deep concrete footings were added to this property in order to create rigidity in the event of an earthquake.  Work was done in compliance with the Soft-Story Ordinance.  

VINTAGE 1920's PERIOD DETAILS




These photos show the period details you can find in a 1920's building.  Incredible stone and iron working as well as murals and faux wood rafters make this property a stunning example of the gothic revival style.
